The area (Develiki or Develikia Chalkidiki)
Develiki is a small isolated location away from the mainstream tourism , only one hour and a half from Thessaloniki airport. The beach of Develiki is near Gomati village. The villas are only a 5 minute walk distance from the sea. It is situated in the center of the gulf and just 20-30 minutes sailing with speed boat from the first monasteries of Mount Athos and the nearby islands .
From Develiki you can travel easily to Ierissos, Amoliani island, Ouranoupolis and Kassandra. From Ouranoupoli you can enjoy a cruise to Mount Athos.
Develiki is an old small fishing village where you can enjoy delicious fresh fish in the two beautiful tavernas at the sea side or organise a fishing adventure on your own with the asisstance of the landlord.

The story behind the villas
The family first visited Develiki in 1983. The land was first acquired in 2003 and the villas were constructed in 2019 by George Demertzidis.George is also the one who holds responsibility for the overall management of the villas and ultimately sees to the wellness of the customers and their safety.
